Reversing Diabetes Seminar

The Reversing Diabetes Seminar (RDS) is an educational, scientifically-based program with lectures, food tasting, recipes, and Q & A sessions. Thousands have already reversed their Type II Diabetes diagnosis by following the principles taught in the seminar. They have learned how to reduce or eliminate medications and insulin, how to lose weight without being hungry, and how to reverse diabetes complications, such as cardiovascular disease. They’ve also reduced or eliminated neuropathy pain.

The physician-supervised program is specifically for those who have been diagnosed with diabetes, pre-diabetes, or anyone at high risk for diabetes, such as being overweight or having high blood pressure.

The six-week seminar begins August 9 and ends September 20 (Thursdays). Two locations and times are offered. Participants will meet from 1:00-3:00 p.m. in Room A-14 of the Eastgate Town Center, 5600 Brainerd Road (use the “A” entrance to park). The seminar is also offered at the Chattanooga First SDA Church, 7450 Standifer Gap Road, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on the same dates.

Presenters are Stephen Wickham, MPA, RN and Karen Wickham, RN, who together have more than seven decades of healthcare experience. They developed the RDS program to help people achieve better health through lifestyle interventions.

The Reversing Diabetes Seminar is sponsored by the Chattanooga First SDA Church.
