Helping Yourself & Others Grieve

Trying to work through grief alone without the support of others is extremely difficult. You are invited to a crash course on how to effectively help yourself and others work through the pain of loss and grief. This Grief Seminar will take place on Sabbath, February 25, from 2 to 3:30 pm at the Chattanooga First Church.The class instructor, Pastor Michael Lombardo, has 40 years experience in facilitating grief in the hospital and church setting.
